Visa Information
The local organising committee require an accepted abstract in order to provide a letter of support for visa applications.
For visa information and other entry requirements you can visit the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs website at www.dfa.ie.
Each participant is required to hold a valid passport, and obtain a visa if necessary. Visas cannot be obtained at the airport.
Insurance
Participants are recommended to obtain travel insurance coverage prior to arriving in Ireland.
The NCPST as organiser of the conference will not be responsible for any personal accidents, or loss of, as well as damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons which may occur during the conference. This also includes all social events taking place in connection to the EPS 2010. Therefore, participants should contract their own insurance if they consider it necessary.
